What’s new at Kinase?
Kinase has deepened its range of expertise and services in 2021, and has grown faster than ever over the past year. We’ve highlighted a few key changes and exciting opportunities below - all of them aimed at ensuring Kinase continues to be the agency people want to work with.
Kinase Vision for 2021
Kinase has expanded in the first half of 2021. Two trainee intakes have brought us to over 75 staff.
“Our vision for 2021 is to grow by communicating our core values - that we are the agency people want to work with, and a real strategic partner for our clients. We deliver uplifts through transparent optimisation and practical use of the best tools,” commented co-founder Richard Brooks in his roadmap for the year. “And we also believe that Kinase is the best place to work in digital marketing - where people can really develop and push themselves further.”
Industry Recognition
Kinase has been a finalist for UK Biddable Media and Microsoft Advertising awards this year. In particular, our work on using data for Toolstation drove ROI up by 3x, and was singled out by the UK Biddable Media Awards judges. Read more about this project.

Alongside him, Richard Eccles, formerly at Merkle for 9 years, has now joined Kinase in the newly created role of Senior Commercial Director. Read more.
We have hired two new intakes of trainees in 2021. At 21 new Kinasers across Search, Social, YouTube and Marketplace teams, this is our biggest recruitment yet. We are proud of our comprehensive training programme, headed by co-founder Chris Dillabough. It’s constantly updated and refined for every new intake - as the industry keeps changing so fast, and we evolve best practice along with it.
Making a difference at Kinase
The series of lockdowns presented a new challenge for Kinase’s team culture. On our blog, Charlie Mudd outlines 3 initiatives we have taken to ensure inclusivity, wellbeing, and to maintain Kinase as the agency people want to work with.
