  • Richard Brooks

    Managing Director

    Richard has worked in digital marketing for 2 decades and has always loved helping companies to capitalise as the industry landscape develops. After graduating with a Masters in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford in 2002 he joined figleaves.com managing the then new PPC channel. He expanded his experience at eCommera, leading the search department and working with various stalwarts of the high street, before founding Kinase in 2010. At home he is power-levelling his children’s board gaming skills.

  • Chris Dillabough

    Managing Director

    Chris has a wide range of experience including over a decade in PPC. Graduated with a Masters in English Language & Literature from the University of Oxford in 1995, he then trained in Journalism at Hendon Times Newspaper Group and set up their first digital editions in 1999. Joined the trade magazine New Media Age from 2001 and then figleaves.com as a Business Analyst from 2004 before taking control of PPC upon Richard’s departure. They continued their partnership together at eCommera in 2007, then founded Kinase in 2010.

    Andy has a strong grounding across verticals, including Finance, Education, Travel and Retail. He brings his experience to bear on driving forward Kinase’s tech team.

    Account Director

    Freya leads a paid search team who work on a global retail portfolio. Her skill at innovation and communications have proved a winning formula for inspiring the team and for driving growth for her clients.

    Marketing Director

    Edmund concentrates on bringing Kinase’s values to a wider audience. He specialises in communications, business growth strategy, and cross-channel objectives.

    James has developed specialisms in analytics and geo testing, bringing his strategic approach to connect channels to true business KPIs.

    Account Director

    Toby has developed specialisms in retail and travel verticals, devising strategies combining smart bidding with sales online and in-store. He has driven award-winning campaigns and is a Kinase rising star.

    Paid Social Account Director

    Saira heads up the Paid Social team at Kinase. She co-ordinates strategy across platforms and works closely with Meta to drive real growth and momentum for Kinase clients.
