Former VP of Sales at the digital agency Merkle (formerly Periscopix), Dylan Wanigasekera steps into a new role as Head of Business Development at Kinase, after 11 years at his former agency. Alongside him, Richard Eccles, formerly at Merkle for 9 years, has now joined Kinase in the newly created role of Senior Commercial Director.

These two new appointments mark a new phase for Kinase’s business growth, aiming to communicate the agency’s established expertise and phenomenal record in digital performance for businesses such as Dreams, Goldsmiths, Sharps and Lovehoney more widely. The global campaigns and analytics-first cross-channel approach Kinase has developed has placed the agency at the leading edge of digital performance marketing.

Richard Brooks, Kinase co-founder, commented: “Dylan and Richard were key members of the commercial teams for Merkle and Periscopix as the agency grew. Now Kinase is ready to accelerate, and I’m so pleased that two people with such proven track records have joined us to implement strategy and help transform the business.”
