Inside the 2023 Kinase Away Day

Marking another remarkable milestone for Kinase, at the end of March we hosted our second ever company-wide Away Day. Switching on our out-of-office replies, we headed to London's Bloomsbury, where we took over the Kingpin Suite and bowling alley.

We kicked off the day with a keynote speech from company founder Richard Brooks. He spoke about the incredible growth Kinase has seen over the past year combined with a focus on stability and concentration on developing our services in 2023.

Expanding into new areas, we heard from Becky Clark about Kinase’s consultancy proposition for the year. A key part of the business that everyone can get involved with, for 2023 we’re putting an even greater emphasis on how we can drive growth for our clients. Our expansion into consultancy is aimed to help deliver relevant expertise and training to fulfil clients specific needs.

This year we're also focusing on two fast growing areas of the business - our automation and analytics teams. We heard from Maya Saffron Hanoomansingh and Paul Artunduaga who showcased the automation team’s projects from the past year and successes in upgrading work flows across the agency.

At Kinase, we're all about growth, innovation, and providing value to our clients. This year, we're more committed than ever to staying ahead of the curve and continuing to be the agency that people want to work with.

Celebrating excellence across the team, we ended the day with the first ever Kinase Awards - nominations and votes gathered from across the agency, such prestigious titles as ‘Rising Star’, ‘Unofficial IT Support’ and ‘Best Listener’ were bestowed. Following this grand finale, we closed out the day with pizza, bowling, karaoke and arcade games.

We're excited to keep you updated on all the latest developments, so stay tuned for more exciting news and updates.
