This has been harnessed by professional training specialists drawn from the worlds of both digital marketing and full time education to develop a structured program and train the trainers in how to deliver training. Through a combination of theoretical, hands on and team based learning you will soon be a valued part of the Kinase team, developing accounts and building relationships with clients.

Key Duties and Professional Development

● Actively focus on learning through formal training; working with and shadowing colleagues; completing tasks and seeking feedback

● Develop the technical skills to complete assigned tasks, including regular assessments whilst in your training period

● Develop the communication skills to directly interact with clients by email, phone and in person

● Develop the situational awareness to identify and prioritise useful account development activities

● Demonstrate ability to work independently; check your own work, work to deadlines, and ask for support when needed

● With supervision, develop and maintain client accounts

FAQs

Do I need a degree?

No, you do not need a degree. While we welcome graduates, talent comes in many forms. Digital marketing is intellectually rigorous so we do select for intelligence as well as attitude, but we do not consider a degree as a definitive measure of it, and there’s certainly no degree that can prepare you for the realities of digital marketing as well as our training program will.

What is the culture like at Kinase?

We have a social committee team to organise socials and nights out, while there is also a collegiate atmosphere across teams which we nurture. We don’t believe in people working over time every day or being permanently stressed, as in many agencies, and all of our planning seeks to mitigate and avoid ‘burn out’ amongst staff.

What's the team structure?

Different teams differ, but generally they are organised into individual pods of two to three people, and each team has between two to three pods.
